Primary Purpose and Goal This position operates within the BES Change and Deployment group, a team focused on global implementation and change management of client International products and services being delivered to our member firms for both internal adoption and client delivery. The role will be assigned to manage our relationship with one or more internal clients to maintain visibility and engagement with their development programs. You will provide strategic advice regarding global implementation and change management during the planning phases of each project. As projects are formalized, you will lead the assessment, planning, development and delivery of the adoption package that will enable the launch, implementation, on boarding and user adoption of the new service or product. Responsibilities and Tasks Contribute as a senior team member in development of transformation and change management programs for global solution and process implementations Lead and manage the Change track within the overall program while working with stakeholders product owners, product sponsors, project managers to align and drive expectations and results. Understand the overall business implementation program and the fundamental solution being developeddeployed, including its business value, blueprint, how it fits with the overall architecture or business operations. Develop planning for change and deployment within a global professional services partnership environment including the creation of high-level and detailed change and deployment plans with deliverables, schedules, resources and budget. Effectively manage and escalate risks and issues including the management of all Change Deployment resources assigned to the project. Design and deliver implementation guidance and adoption materials to support implementation of global product and services. Coordinate with internal Communications and Training services to ensure all stakeholders receive accurate, timely communication and end users receive appropriate training. Travel Occasional travel for regionalglobal meetings or workshops Skills Experience with large-scale, multi-site implementation projects. International experience preferred. Experience and knowledge of organizational change management or transformation management and tools. Knowledge of professional services industry with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
