Responsibilities:. Coordinate and align all global cloud work intake and projects to make sure they are properly aligned to the business strategy and priorities. Lead the execution of the business planning and budgeting process as it relates to The Platform. Drive the communication plan and approach to help ensure agile, timely and transparent communication to all stakeholders. Evaluate and innovate the cloud resource and organizational strategy to ensure we have the timely and proper supply of skills and capabilities. Participate in the development of the Global Technology Platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring integration with KPMG business strategy and plans. Help ensure effective and optimal operations of the platform. Qualifications:. Minimum twenty years' experience in Information technology or other industries with a minimum of five years' experience in enterprise-wide senior leadership positions in a cross-cultural environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field from an accredited college or university. Experience managing budgets in excess of $50M as well as experience in delivering on large scale change programs. Significant experience of operating in a complex, multi-national matrix organization dealing with multiple senior executive level stakeholders. Proven management expertise with a diverse group of business and technology personnel and non-technical end-users. Ability to use various project management methodologies and the appropriate use in a highly regulated industry where continuous change and rapid develop are required.
